adjustable room lighting, air conditioning options, proximity to public transport
Parking arrangements need clarity on the website!!! Expecting to park on-site only to find no spaces and a costly alternative at Wilson was frustrating. Additionally, the wait time for check-in was excessive, delaying our plans!!!

Can't recommend highly enough for a short layover
Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the nearby train station and excellent facilities like the indoor pool and fitness center.
Couldn't have been better.

Great central location near transport and eateries. The room was super comfy and spacious. Honestly, I barely noticed the hustle and bustle. slept like a royal!
However, the surrounding area could use a facelift—think more 'quaint village' and less 'last-minute demolition site. '

mercure was a great place to stay. my room was spacious and comfy, with a beautiful view of the clock tower. the location couldn’t be better, right next to buses and a short walk to the central train station. breakfast was a hit too, with a good mix of hot and cold options that were promptly replenished.

We spent two nights in a family room and absolutely loved the breakfast spread, which had options for both kids and adults. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only downside was a bit of dust under the beds, but overall we had a fantastic time! 😊

The adjustable RGB lighting created a unique atmosphere that enhanced our stay. The stunning showerhead and bathhead complemented the beautifully presented bathroom.
However, the city view could have been more expansive.

Location is excellent, just a short walk to Central Station. Staff very friendly and helpful. The gym is pretty small. Rooms could use better soundproofing.

missingWrote a review on Apr 27central locationvaried breakfastdusty room
The location sits conveniently near the Central Station, making it easy to catch trains or buses. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety from freshly baked pastries to hearty options, catering well to different tastes.
The room cleanliness leaves much to be desired. noticeable dust accumulation suggests that vacuuming isn't a priority. The bedding layout is poor, with duvet covers touching the ground when attempting to make the bed, giving an uncomfortable feeling. The lack of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom on multiple occasions reflects a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the noise levels from neighboring rooms can be disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy peaceful evenings.

The stay was quite pleasant as we enjoyed the great location, allowing us easy access to attractions and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, making it a comfortable base for our trip. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to suit everyone's tastes, which made our mornings enjoyable. However, I found the duvet situation a bit odd and would have preferred a more traditional setup.
