Parking arrangements need clarity on the website!!! Expecting to park on-site only to find no spaces and a costly alternative at Wilson was frustrating. Additionally, the wait time for check-in was excessive, delaying our plans!!!

mercure was a great place to stay. my room was spacious and comfy, with a beautiful view of the clock tower. the location couldn’t be better, right next to buses and a short walk to the central train station. breakfast was a hit too, with a good mix of hot and cold options that were promptly replenished.

We spent two nights in a family room and absolutely loved the breakfast spread, which had options for both kids and adults. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only downside was a bit of dust under the beds, but overall we had a fantastic time! 😊

Additionally, the noise levels from neighboring rooms can be disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy peaceful evenings.
